is an integrated system of dental visible light cure composite resins, developed over a 10 year period, by dental technician Massimiliano Petrullo and a team of specialized colleagues, along with the activity of his laboratory with several dental clinics and the collaboration of the following companies: Nobil Metal, Degudent, Dentsply Prosthetics Italy and Prosthetics International, that in 2010 has certified the quality of the basic protocol at international level

The advantages of using this system relate to different aspects, in fact, operating protocols, clinical and technical, are safe, simple and reproducible and the finished devices a high degree of biocompatibility; this fact, associated with the exceptional chemical -physical properties of this new class of materials, allows the dental clinical/laboratory team to provide patients with prosthetic and orthodontic appliances of any type, with a standard of quality never reached to date, at the adequate costs at exigency of the market

Our system keeps what it promise

product lines used in our system are Triad, Radica and Eclipse and are manufactured by Dentsply. These materials are perfectly compatible with each other because they are made of the same basic chemistry; this makes them totally integrable with each other, succeeding, thereby, to cover all the needs of the various operating steps in the clinic and  the laboratory

in common  they also have technical dates, precision, shrinking, bending, hydrolytic stability, impact resistance, colourstability, resistance to pigmentation, discoloration and  plaque  adhesion of great significance. Tests In vitro conducted according to international standards, have shown, for each feature analyzed, values well above respect to cold and hot polymerization resins (PMMA).


all composite resins used in procedures for the realization of the different devices in the system, are light cured UDMA, therefore, without methyl methacrylate monomer


this avoids potential problems to the health of patients, linked to the release of residual monomer. Compared to conventional composites at base BIS-GMA , the materials TRE present a type of processing that makes all surfaces of our devices perfectly compact and glossy, with the result that the engraftment of plaque is much reduced compared to devices made with BIS-GMA


the devices TRE are delivered with specific quality certificate to be issued to the patient and are repairable and can be relined with conventional PMMA resins and composites BIS-GMA
